, Permanent Position: Mason Al Muhandes HR Consultancy is a leading HR solutions provider in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a skilled Mason to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing buildings, walls, and other structures using a variety of materials such as brick, concrete, and stone. You will work closely with our construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Construct and repair buildings, walls, and other structures using various materials such as brick, concrete, and stone - Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine materials needed and layout of structures - Measure and cut materials to the required size using hand and power tools - Lay out patterns or foundations using straightedges, rules, and string - Mix and apply mortar or other bonding materials to join materials together - Install and align bricks, stones, or other materials in horizontal and vertical rows - Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools - Repair and maintain existing structures by replacing or repairing damaged bricks, stones, or other materials - Follow all safety procedures and regulations on construction sites - Work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards - Keep work area clean and organized at all times Requirements: - Proven experience as a Mason or similar role - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans - Strong math skills and ability to accurately measure and cut materials - Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Valid UAE driver's license preferred If you are a skilled Mason looking for a new opportunity in Dubai, we encourage you to apply for this full-time, permanent position with Al Muhandes HR Consultancy.
