Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Assess client conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of treatment rooms and tools.
• Educate clients on self-care, stress relief techniques, and wellness practices.
• Stay updated with latest massage therapy trends and techniques.
• Promote additional services and wellness packages when appropriate.
• Adhere to all state licensing laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid massage therapy license or certification as per state regulations.
• Proven experience as a massage therapist (preferred).
• Proficiency in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and a safe, respectful environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in spa, wellness centers, or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of aromatherapy, reflexology, or other complementary therapies.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work.
