Nanny Supervisor & Tutoring Specialist / Family Education & Care Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and highly organized Private Educator & Childcare Supervisor to provide high-quality academic support and oversee the overall care and development of children within a private household. This dual-role position combines hands-on teaching in core academic subjects with the leadership and coordination of childcare staff to ensure a safe, engaging, and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver tailored, age-appropriate lessons in subjects such as English, Math, Science, and Arabic.

• Develop interactive and stimulating learning activities to encourage academic growth and critical thinking.

• Track and evaluate childrens academic performance, adapting teaching methods as needed.

• Coordinate with the schools curriculum and assist with homework assignments and school projects.

• Instill a love for learning through creative, engaging, and positive reinforcement techniques.

• Identify learning difficulties or developmental delays and recommend appropriate interventions or support strategies.

Childcare Supervision & Management:

• Supervise, train, and schedule all nannies and childcare staff to ensure high standards of care and professionalism.

• Monitor childrens daily routines, activities, and developmental progress.

• Maintain open and effective communication between the family and the childcare team.

• Ensure a consistently safe, clean, and nurturing environment within the household.

• Respond effectively and calmly to any emergency or challenging situation involving children.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of childrens health, behaviors, schedules, and progress reports.

• Provide regular updates and feedback to the parent/guardian regarding any concerns, milestones, or achievements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a private tutor, educator, or childcare supervisor in a high-profile household.

• Strong command of English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

• Ability to teach multiple subjects and adapt content to various age levels.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy in a high-standard household.

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
