About the job Assistant eCommerce Manager
As Assistant eCommerce Manager, we rely on you to:
Oversee and manage resorts online channel accounts
Ensures that the rate parity, content and images on Booking Engine and OTAs.
Use analytics tools (OTA dashboards, CRM data) to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor OTA performance, analyze booking trends, and recommend improvements.
Assist in the development of promotional offers, packages, and seasonal campaigns on Booking Engine and OTAs.
Coordinates with Reservations, Revenue, MarCom and all related departments to make sure that the offers, packages are all accurate and communicate to everyone.
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least three years of experience in a similar capacity in a 2-star resort/ hotel.
Strong analytical in skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent English communication skills, proficient in English language
Strategic thinker with creative mindset and e-commerce trends
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
