About the job Graphics Designer - Internal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design marketing and branding materials - creating visually appealing designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional materials used to advertise the hotel's facilities, services, and events.
  2. Creating digital content - design graphics and images for the hotel's website, social media channels, online advertisements, and email campaigns to enhance visual appeal and attract potential guests.
  3. Produce signage and displays - design and produce signage, wayfinding systems, and displays for the hotel's public spaces, such as lobby, restaurants, and event venues, to provide clear guidance and enhance the overall guest experience.
  4. Managing and organizing design assets - maintain a library of design files, templates, and stock images, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility for future use.
  5. Collaborating with external vendors - Communicate with printing companies, signage manufacturers, and other external vendors to ensure the accurate and timely production of various graphics and marketing materials.
  6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of brand guidelines that governs the use of logos, colors, typography, and other visual elements across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with the resort's brand.
  7. Stay informed about the latest design trends, industry standards, and competitor marketing materials to ensure that the resort's designs stay relevant and competitive.
  8. Stay updated with the latest design software and techniques, and continuously improve design skills by attending workshops, webinars, and industry events.
