About the job Assistant Director of Sale Ho Chi Minh - Based
As Assistant Director of Sales, we rely on you to:
Drive revenue growth through strategic business planning and execution initiatives
Cultivate and expand client and partner relationships, with particular emphasis on the Korean market
Nurture and strengthen connections with clients, travel agencies, and global partners
Serve as the resort's ambassador at domestic and international events, travel fairs, and roadshows
Guide the sales team through effective training, management, and leadership
Deliver comprehensive sales performance reports to executive leadership
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Brings 3-5+ years of sales management experience in luxury hotels or resorts
Speaks fluent Korean and English, with additional languages considered a plus
Possesses a robust international network and demonstrated sales achievement record
Demonstrates exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Thrives under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
