About the job Chef De Cuisine (Italian)
As Chef De Cuisine, we rely on you to:
- Leverage your experience in Steakhouse and/or Fine Dining environments with expertise in Mediterranean cuisine
- Ensure rigorous implementation of Food Safety Management System policies, procedures, and standards
- Oversee quality control and portion management for all culinary production
- Collaborate directly with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef on menu development and kitchen operations
- Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic culinary team to achieve excellence
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent English communication skills
- Has previous experience in the same position in a 5-star hotel or resort
- Is able to work in a fast-paced environment
A Southeast Asia or Vietnam experience will be an advantage.
