About the job Chef De Cuisine (Italian)

As Chef De Cuisine, we rely on you to:

  • Leverage your experience in Steakhouse and/or Fine Dining environments with expertise in Mediterranean cuisine
  • Ensure rigorous implementation of Food Safety Management System policies, procedures, and standards
  • Oversee quality control and portion management for all culinary production
  • Collaborate directly with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef on menu development and kitchen operations
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic culinary team to achieve excellence

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent English communication skills
  • Has previous experience in the same position in a 5-star hotel or resort
  • Is able to work in a fast-paced environment

A Southeast Asia or Vietnam experience will be an advantage.
