Sustainability Manager

As Sustainability Manager we rely on you to:

Know the national and international policies related to sustainable development, environmental regulations, and international standards in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Plan, implement and evaluate sustainable development projects within the resort environment.

Lead and manage diverse work groups, fostering collaboration and creativity in implementing sustainable initiatives.

Identify and address complex issues related to sustainable development in the daily operations of the resort.

Analyze and make decisions based on scientific information and real-world data, particularly in resource management and environmental impact reduction.

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent English communication skills

Has previous experience in the same position in a 5-star hotel or resort or in other industries in a similar capacity

Is able to work in a fast-paced environment



A Southeast Asia or Vietnam experience will be an advantage
