About the job Korean Chef
As Korean Chef, we rely on you to
Develop and execute innovative Korean menu concepts aligned with contemporary culinary trends
Oversee quality control for all Korean cuisine across resort restaurants
Lead menu development and seasonal menu updates
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
Train and mentor kitchen staff in Korean culinary techniques
Manage inventory and food cost controls
Collaborate with other specialty chefs for fusion concepts
Participate in food promotion events and special culinary showcases
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 3 years' experience as Korean Chef in a 5-star resort/hotel
Has track record in authentic Korean cuisine
Has experience in Asia preferred
Has strong leadership and team management skills
Is excellent with understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Has ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Is creative with menu development and presentation
