We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least three years of experience in a similar capacity in a 5-star resort/ hotel.
- Has excellent communication skills and is proficient in English.
- Is detail-oriented and committed to providing a flawless guest journey.
- Brings forward innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience and streamline operational efficiency.
