About the job Chef De Cuisine
As Chef De Cuisine we rely on you to:
Lead a dynamic culinary team in your restaurant.
Create menus that is matching with the concept of the restaurant
Ensure the implementation of the Food Safety Management System policies, procedures, and standards.
Control the quality and quantity of produced items.
Work closely with the Executive Chef or Executive Sous chef
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in either a high-end steakhouse or fine dining establishment. Additionally, expertise in Mediterranean cuisine is essential.
Has excellent English communication skills
Has previous experience in the same position in a 5-star hotel or resort
Is able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Southeast Asia, Vietnam in particular, will be an advantage
