Russian Chef Consultant

As Russian Chef Consultant, we rely on you to:

• Evaluate the current Russian dishes served at the resort and provide recommendations to improve authenticity, quality, and presentation where appropriate.
• Share traditional recipes and conduct hands-on training sessions with our culinary team.
• Assist us in developing additional authentic Russian specialties that appeal to our growing Russian market.
• Spend approximately 10–15 days at Alma each visit, depending on training requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a formally trained culinary professional with a strong foundation in Russian cuisine.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of both traditional and contemporary Russian cooking.
• Is currently residing and working in Vietnam (preferred).
• Is available for flexible engagement: two weeks per month over the next three months.

Package:

• Salary: Negotiable, as consultant
