CNC Lathe (Turner) Role at All Tex

A CNC Lathe Turner at All Tex is responsible for precision machining of metal components using both manual and CNC lathe machines. This role is essential in producing high-quality parts for industrial applications.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and manual lathe machines to shape metal parts.
• Perform threading operations on conventional lathes.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Select appropriate tools and set machining parameters.
• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machine safety.
• Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain records of machining processes and materials.

Required Skills:

• Experience with CNC and manual lathe operations.
• Familiarity with machining tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Schedule: Monday -Sat 6 AM -6 PM or 6 PM -6AM, rotate every two weeks
