General Labor

Austin Elements is seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers to assist with daily production, warehouse, construction, and material-handling duties. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Monday thru Friday 8am-until finish (Saturday Availability)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials and products.
• Assist with production, construction, warehouse, or shop operations.
• Use basic hand and power tools when required.
• Assist skilled workers and equipment operators as needed.
• Lift, carry, stack, and organize materials.
• Prepare work areas and materials for daily operations.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and job sites.
• Remove debris and dispose of materials properly.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Inspect materials and report damaged or defective items.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. as needed.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors depending on the assignment.
• Must be dependable and report to work on time.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Reliable transportation is required.
