Industrial Electrician Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance & Repairs
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
  • Respond to breakdowns and electrical failures to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems
• Equipment & System Support
  • Service industrial machinery such as mixers, aggregate bins, and batch plants
  • Access and repair electrical control panels, sometimes in confined spaces or at heights
  • Use diagnostic tools like voltmeters and multimeters to identify issues
• Installation & Project Work
  • Install new electrical systems, including conduits, control panels, and power distribution units
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Fabricate safety circuits and modify existing equipment as needed
• Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and company safety policies
  • Wear appropriate PPE and follow lockout/tagout procedures
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and upgrades

Schedule: 7AM -7PM rotating shift
