Assistant Manager – Auto Detail Shop

Location: Houston, TX. Schedule: Must have open availability. Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) to support diverse customers

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager will support daily operations of a busy auto detail shop, assist the Manager with workflow, customer service, and team coordination, and ensure a smooth, efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with daily shop operations
• Provide bilingual customer support to a diverse client base
• Help oversee staff, workflow, and quality control
• Support scheduling, task assignments, and shop organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer‑ready environment
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service needs
• Ensure services are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must have open availability
• Previous experience in auto detailing, customer service, or supervisory roles preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment
