About the job Receptionist

The receptionist plays an important role assisting callers by transferring them to the

appropriate department to resolve their accounts. The receptionist is typically the

first employee guests encounter when visiting our office, therefore, a welcoming

and courteous manner while greeting, assisting, providing direction and

information to visitors, employees, and other guests is important. Additionally, the

receptionists supporting role with new hire onboarding provides essential support

to the Human Resources department

The ideal candidate must possess the qualities below:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and self-motivation
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Hours: 7:45a.m.-5p.m. with a one-hour and fifteen-minute lunch
