The primary purpose of this position is to Research and respond to taxpayer
inquiries, identify and research issues, and draft documents

1. Review file for sale.
2. Prepare sale, resale, and struck deeds
3. Print the HCAD map on all upcoming sales for the field inspector.
4. Scan and upload sale cancellations and receipts into Oracle.
5. Coding and updating Oracle based on the research for cases coded JC.
6. Prepare a request for an Abstract of Judgments.
7. Research set for sale accounts for contact information.
8. Back up Assistant in Post Judgment payoff/release.
9. Process payments for taxpayers when they come into the office.
10. Verify water and Peoplemap information and add to tax sale staff notes.
11. Generate sale Powerpoint and upload pictures to Oracle.
12. Attend interlocal meeting and assist in client presentation.
13. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor and/ or manager. Which may
involve responsibilities such as customer service, client reporting, or task
related to departmental administrative duties

1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required
to sit and talk or hear.
2. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to finger, handle,
or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
3. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 10 - 20 pounds.
4. Specific vision ability is required to adjust focus.
