Position: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Alltex Staffing & Personnel. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer service

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff

- Create and maintain schedules for all employees, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus and specials

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment

- Monitor and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures

- Work closely with the management team to develop and achieve business goals and objectives

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant management role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing profitability

- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
