Manufacturing Operator

Block Manufacturing Operator- Monitors the operations of concrete block manufacturing machine. 

Requirements: 

• Operating sit-down forklift
• Lifting 40lbs, being on your feet all day. 
• Monitor of operation of concrete block manufacturing machine. 
• Removing and installing brick molds. 
• Cleaning all parts of machines 
• Shoveling, sweeping, and raking up debris base of machinery. 
• Make adjustments to calibration of machine 
• Make general repairs as needed to upkeep machines operating. 
• Plush blocks along rollers and arrange them to be placed onto pallets.
• Climb into and work in enclosed spaces (mixer) machine -department. 

**Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:**

• Hard hat
• Safety vest
• Steel-toe shoes or boots
• Safety glasses
• Gloves
