Customer Service Representative
Hiring highly motivated customer-focused Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to problem-solve and multitask. Previous experience in customer service in related field is preferred (manufacturing, fabrication, logistics, distribution) but not required. We are looking for a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, vendors, drivers, co-workers, and incoming prospects.
- Product information to customers, including, responding to inquiries and concerns regarding product information, assist with placing orders, and order and freight updates.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service in manufacturing, logistics, fabrication or warehouse setting. (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and write English; Spanish a plus (not required).
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, EXCEL, and data entry.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
