Position: Temporary Machine Operator Assistant/Floater Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (2 weeks) We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Temporary Machine Operator Assistant/Floater. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting machine operators and filling in as needed in various areas of the production process, as assigned by the supervisor. This is a temporary position for a duration of 2 weeks, with the potential for extension. Key Responsibilities: - Assist machine operators with setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment - Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed to ensure proper functioning - Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards - Fill in as a floater in different areas of production, as assigned by the supervisor - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred - Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools - Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm for 2 weeks This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the manufacturing industry and work in a fast-paced environment.
