Quality Control Inspector

QA/QC Inspector will assist the Facility Manager with operation of the ISO system. 

Job Duties: 

• Main focused on receiving inspection, in-process product inspection. 
• Final inspection/testing, NCR investigations. 
• Complete quality checks on Industrial control panels.  
• Analyze quality problems and advise manufacturing personnel. 
• Provide support and guidance on all calibrated equipment, capability studies, process control plans, as necessary. 
• Conduct quality documentation and acquire supporting certifications. 
• Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conduct visual testing, measurement test, and communicate appropriately acquired data and adjustments to production supervisor. 
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical, publication, attending seminars, watching industry video and other educational avenues presented to continue to expand knowledge of developing technology. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of Quality Control 
• UL 508A MTR Experience 
• Technical Degree (preferred) 
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment. 
• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing operation. 
• Basic Math Skills 
• Basic Computer Skills WORD, EXCEL, MICRO SOFT
• Valid Driver's License
