Summary
Support Sales team with estimating simple quotes. Administrative duties including order and quote entry,
production coordination, faxing, copying, filing, and more.
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and sales support
Enter sales quotations and purchase orders
Prepare customer correspondence
Set-up production tickets
Resolve customer requests, inquires and/or concerns
Acquire material for resale from vendors
Liaison for sales team and other key company departments
Qualifications
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Acute attention to detail
Manage priorities and workflow
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
Background Experience / Education
High school diploma
1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area a plus
