General Labor

 The ideal candidate for this role will perform a range of duties. industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities

• Hammer out concrete/precast-ready molds. (Intense, repetitive, heavy labor work)  
• Build rebar cages according to drawings provided - tools supplied by the company
• Unload and stack prefabricated steel so that it can be lifted with slings
• Assist different departments. 
• Experience using rebar fabrication machinery a plus, but not required

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day

**Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required:**

- Hard hat
- Safety vest
- Steel-toe shoes or boots
- Safety glasses
- Gloves
