Position: Prove Up – Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Technician Location: Baytown, TX Pay Rate: TBD Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Rotating Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday)

Job Summary

The Prove Up UT Technician is responsible for performing ultrasonic testing to verify material integrity, identify defects, and ensure compliance with quality standards. This role supports production by validating pipe and material conditions before release.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment
• Reliable attendance
• PPE required (steel‑toe boots)

Job Duties

• Perform ultrasonic testing (UT) on materials to verify quality and detect defects
• Document inspection results accurately
• Communicate findings to supervisors and production teams
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
