Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Structural Welder capable of performing dual‑shield flux‑core welding in all positions. This is a temp‑to‑hire role with steady, full‑time work.

Pay Rate

$20–$25/hr (based on experience)

Requirements

• 1+ year structural welding experience
• Able to dual‑shield flux‑core weld in all positions
• Must pass a guided bend 3G (vertical up) V‑butt weld test
• Fitting experience — plus
• TIG welding — plus
• Plasma/oxy‑fuel cutting — plus
• Must be E‑Verified

Required PPE

• Welding hood
• Steel‑toe boots
• Welding gloves
• Long‑sleeve FR clothing
• Any additional PPE required by the job site
