Installer/Fixtures

Work Schedule Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)

8am-6pm (1 hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities

• Install mechanical systems, components, and equipment according to company specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Measure, level, and align components during installation
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments onsite
• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Complete required documentation and installation reports

Qualifications

• Previous installation or construction experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally (and occasionally out of town if required)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial, mechanical, HVAC, or equipment installation
• Forklift or equipment operation experience
• OSHA safety training (a plus)

Work Environment

• Field-based position working at customer sites
• May require standing, bending, climbing, or working in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to construction or industrial environments
