Job Order – Production Supervisor (ID1)

Position: Production Supervisor Agency: Alltex Personnel Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour Location: (Insert location) Shifts: Rotating – 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM PPE Required: Steel‑toe shoes Language Requirement: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily machine operations to ensure production goals are consistently met.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and verify proper machine setup before and during operation.
• Monitor product quality and complete all required QA documentation accurately and on time.
• Train, coach, and assign employees based on skill level and competency.
• Maintain full safety compliance, enforce safety procedures, and report any incidents immediately.
• Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal departments.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, tracking, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Prior supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to lead teams, train employees, and maintain high production standards.
• Comfortable working rotating 12‑hour shifts.
