API Threading Inspector

Position: API Threading Inspector

We are seeking an experienced API Threading Inspector to support pipe‑threading operations and ensure all products meet API quality standards. This role requires strong inspection skills, threading knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Schedule

• Rotating Shifts:
  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Monday through Saturday

Job Duties

• Inspect threaded pipe according to API specifications
• Verify thread quality, measurements, and tolerances
• Read and interpret threading drawings and technical documents
• Assist with pipe staging, tagging, and documentation
• Work closely with threading operators to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate inspection records
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work outdoors and around heavy equipment

Requirements

• Experience in pipe inspection and threading operations
• Ability to read and understand API threading drawings
• Must have PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel‑toe boots, gloves, etc.)
• Comfortable working rotating 12‑hour shifts
• Able to work in a heavy industrial yard environment
