Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Air Filter Changer to support our refurbishment department. This role involves removing, replacing, and installing air filters in commercial and industrial units as part of the refurbishment process. The ideal candidate works well independently, follows safety procedures, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Schedule Monday -Friday 5 AM -Finish, open to weekends and lots of OT 

Responsibilities, physically capable Air Filter Changer to support us

• Remove used or damaged air filters from units being refurbished
• Install new filters according to company standards
• Inspect units for cleanliness, proper fit, and visible issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse or shop tasks as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE
• Document completed work accurately

Requirements

• Must be physically fit and able to lift to 150 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Must pass a hair‑follicle drug test
• Must have a clean background record
• Must have a clean MVR
• Must have a valid and clean Texas driver's license
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Clean BG
