Employment Type: Full‑Time Travel: 70–80% (overnight stays may be required)

Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored service solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement territory action plans using data analysis and field results.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, conduct qualified sales calls, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Present service solutions using customer insights and a strong understanding of how offerings meet client needs.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a structured selling process.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas and standards are met. (No personnel management responsibilities.)

Client Relationship Management:

  • Generate leads and build relationships through daily outreach to existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain strong service knowledge and address client questions or concerns.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and required documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred.
  • Experience: Two or more years of sales experience preferred. Related experience in customer service, project management, or similar fields is beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; respond to inquiries; and communicate clearly with customers, staff, and management.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email, databases, spreadsheets, and general PC skills.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to travel 70–80% of the time
    • Overnight travel may be required

  • Must be able to transport parts and tools as needed.
  • Must have adequate vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment).
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information with individuals in the office and field.
