Door Assembly Laborer 

Position Summary

Door Assembly Laborers are responsible for assembling doors according to production standards while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safe work practices.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekends as needed

Requirements

• Proof of relevant work history in door assembly
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and meet production goals
• Must have PPE — steel‑toe boots, Back support, safety glasses, gloves
• The company uses E‑Verify
• Bilingual preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble doors and components according to specifications
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas
• Assist team members as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
