Position: Welder Location: Baytown, TX Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive, based on experience PPE: Steel‑toe shoes required

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a fast‑paced industrial environment specializing in pipe manufacturing and heavy fabrication. Ideal candidates will have strong MIG, TIG, and Stick welding skills and the ability to work safely and efficiently on structural and pipe components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel and stainless steel
• Weld and fabricate pressure vessels, pipe supports, and structural frames
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Conduct weld inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, and drill presses
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial welding (pipe or structural)
• Ability to pass weld tests and meet inspection standards
• Familiarity with AWS welding codes and safety procedures
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in various positions
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for early shifts
