Production Supervisor

Work Schedule 8am-4:30pm W/30-minute lunch break, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure products are manufactured to company quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area following all safety protocols.
• Train new production team members and mentor existing staff on proper procedures.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and production supplies; communicate needs to management.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with supervisors in shipping, receiving, and quality control to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Enforce quality control checks throughout the production process.
• Prepare production reports and provide updates to management on performance, issues, and achievements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production requirements and manufacturing instructions.
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment and supporting hands-on tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement practical solutions.
