General Labor

Monday thru Thursday

4pm-2am

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and finished products.
• Support production lines by supplying materials and removing completed products.
• Package, stack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects or damage.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
• Stand, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. as needed.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all workplace safety requirements.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be willing to learn different production and warehouse duties.
