Roll Thread

Job Summary

Thread Roll Operator that sets up and operates thread roll machines in an expanding

department driven by quality. Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and

Essential Duties

Set up and operate a variety of Thread Rolling machines to produce quality fasteners

and rods.

Select proper tooling according to instructions

Must be able to perform die changes and tooling adjustments.

Work with the Supervisor and Maintenance to resolve specific machines, tooling, and

set up problems on a limited basis,

Must follow applicable Quality System procedures and OSHA regulations.

Minimum of 60lbs lifting.

Must be able to properly use precision measuring equipment and tools to perform

in-process inspections of parts to ensure conformity to prints, drawings, or

production travelers.

Requirements

Mechanically inclined with knowledge of hand tools and units of measurement.

Routinely lifting 50lbs

Fill out paperwork and maintain appropriate documentation in relation to

production travelers and inspections.

Pass background and drug test

1+ years of roll thread experience is a plus but not required. 

PPE Required: Steel-toe, safety glasses, and gloves
