General Laborer

Pay: $15.00/hour

MON - Fri some SAT as needed

6am to 4:30pm

Job Description

Seeking dependable General Laborers to work in an industrial cement/building-material environment.

Employees will assist with material handling, loading/unloading, cleanup, production support, and other physical duties throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with moving, staging, loading, and unloading cement/building materials.
• Perform general physical labor throughout the facility and yard.
• Assist forklift, loader, and crane operators when directed.
• Prepare and organize materials.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Sweep and remove debris from work areas.
• Work safely around forklifts, front-end loaders, overhead cranes, trucks, and heavy materials.
• Follow supervisor instructions and all safety procedures.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish – MUST
• General labor, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, concrete, or industrial experience preferred.
• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working in a cement/industrial environment.
• Must be comfortable working around heavy equipment.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be available Monday–Friday and some Saturdays.
• Must be able to report by 6:00 AM.
• Steel-toe boots required.
• Reliable transportation required.
