Welder

Work Schedule Monday-Friday (some Saturdays)

8am-6pm (1 Hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metals
• Cut, fit, and weld pipe and flange assemblies according to blueprints and work instructions
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, measurements, and specifications
• Operate hand tools, grinders, cutting torches, and welding equipment safely
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Perform grinding, cleanup, and finishing work as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with material handling and shop support duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of MIG/TIG welding experience preferred
• Experience with pipe fabrication and flange welding strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools accurately
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and fabrication processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production/shop environment
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certification a plus
• Experience with industrial or mechanical fabrication environments
• Ability to pass a weld test prior to employment
• Forklift experience is a plus
