Remote Career  is currently seeking Data Entry Coordinators for our client in the security sector. The Data Entry Coordinators will be offered a 6 month contract to support multiple teams and departments to support Pay and Bill Administrators, Account Managers, Relationship Managers and Scheduling.

Data Entry Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Creates and updates employee personnel information including seniority dates, vacation percentage, incentives, etc.
  • Review of Employee Master, for accuracy, validity, and completion of necessary updates.
  • Review of Client Master, for accuracy, validity, and completion of necessary updates
  • Creates manual invoices for customers with special requirements (i.e. that cannot be addressed through regular or default invoicing options)
  • Responsible for transfer of key information, including invoicing, payroll, and scheduling perspective, from one platform to another.
  • Responsible for review of information inputted for overall accuracy
  • Responsible for review of output information for overall accuracy

Data Entry Coordinator Qualifications

  • Candidates are required to have strong skills in communicating, analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills
  • Degree in Business Administration/Finance required, Accounting degree preferred
  • Excellent skills using both MS Word and Excel
