Order Entry Clerk - Weekend work
- The primary point of contact for customers of our wholesale business
- Working from Work From Home at Homebush West
Wholesale responsibilities
- Input daily customer orders (received via standing orders, phone, email and text message) before production deadline
- Create a daily production report with any checklists or special requests for dispatch and organise delivery notes
- Create credit notes for any product or delivery issues and liaise with customers to ensure a satisfactory outcome
- Update management with any feedback from customers (irregularities or new requests)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment preferably in a similar role
- Proficient with computers and software applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Good customer service
- Able to think quickly and help customers get a positive result
Working arrangements
- Needs to be available every weekend between 11am-3pm
- Ability to work from the Work From Home
