Order Entry Clerk - Weekend work

  • The primary point of contact for customers of our wholesale business
  • Working from Work From Home at Homebush West

Wholesale responsibilities

  • Input daily customer orders (received via standing orders, phone, email and text message) before production deadline
  • Create a daily production report with any checklists or special requests for dispatch and organise delivery notes
  • Create credit notes for any product or delivery issues and liaise with customers to ensure a satisfactory outcome
  • Update management with any feedback from customers (irregularities or new requests)

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment preferably in a similar role
  • Proficient with computers and software applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good customer service
  • Able to think quickly and help customers get a positive result

Working arrangements

  • Needs to be available every weekend between 11am-3pm
  • Ability to work from the Work From Home
