Job seeker’s name, surname, date of birth, email address, phone number, address, and other personal data related to the job seeker and their career (e.g., references, previous workplaces, education, training, skills, photos, and other data entered in the motivation letter and CV), and personal data collected by cookies.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Personal data is collected for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes. We process personal data according to recognized data protection principles in the European Union (especially respecting the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, and data minimization), as well as the requirements of applicable legal acts. We process personal data for the following purposes:
3.1. To Provide Services to Our Clients. We process your personal data to provide our services to our clients: finding and selecting candidates that meet our clients' needs, evaluating if candidates are suitable for the offered job, and introducing candidates to employers. For this purpose, we process personal data obtained from you (e.g., your CV, data obtained through communication with you, etc.), data obtained when you visited our websites and other sites, and/or received from other persons (e.g., recommendations from current or previous employers or acquaintances, social networks, media, etc.). For this purpose, we provide or transfer your data to our clients – employers who are looking for employees. Together with us, they will be the controllers of your personal data. We have concluded agreements with our clients, where both parties commit to protecting your personal data.
3.2. To Manage the Candidate Database. After the selection process to which you submitted your data, with your consent, we process your personal data to offer you job and career opportunities in the future, find and select candidates that meet our clients' needs, evaluate the suitability of candidates for the offered position, and introduce employers to candidates. For this purpose, we process the same personal data mentioned in section 3.1.
3.3. For Direct Marketing Purposes. With your consent and to offer you our services and improve our services, we process your personal data. For this purpose, we process the following personal data: name, surname, phone number, education, workplace, current and previous positions, email address, date of birth, place of residence (address). The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, which you have the right to withdraw at any time by notifying us in writing. However, in this case, you will no longer be able to participate in the relevant selection or receive job offers.
4. How Long We Store Personal Data
We store personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the specific data is processed. Personal data retention periods are determined based on applicable legal acts, your consent, or our legitimate interests.
In any case, your data will be deleted no later than one month after receiving the relevant notification if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.
After the end of the personal data retention period, personal data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
For accounting purposes, personal data in shipping documents/invoices and accounting software are stored according to the terms specified in regulatory acts.
5. To Whom We Transfer Personal Data
