About the job Marketing Analyst (Remote)
Our customer, a remote-first startup helping businesses access full-funnel analytics without hiring an in-house data team, is hiring a Marketing Analyst. This is a client-facing role focused on analyzing business data, building reports, and visualizing insights using Power BI. You'll work closely with client marketing data, define reporting structures, and help drive decision-making through clear dashboards.
Key Duties:

Analyze client business models and data sources to define reporting needs

Create tech specs for system integrations and customizations

Design data import and transformation processes across platforms

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI

Maintain project documentation and contribute to ongoing improvements

Collaborate with a globally distributed remote team
Essential Skills & Experience:

SQL proficiency

Strong experience in Power BI or similar data visualization tools

Familiarity with GA UA/GA4, GTM, and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

Prior experience working directly with external clients

Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+) and Russian
