Head of Execution / COO

Summary:
Our customer, specializing in building automation and engineering network solutions and aiming to become a leading developer and provider of building and city automation technology solutions across Europe, is seeking an experienced leader to manage company operations and teams in automation, project management, and design while restructuring internal processes to improve efficiency. 

Key Duties:

• Overseeing automation, project management, and design teams
• Restructuring internal collaboration processes for operational efficiency
• Coordinating hiring with HR and ensuring staffing needs are met
• Developing sub-department managers into effective leaders
• Using data-driven insights to make broad-level operational decisions

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in overseeing project delivery in building automation, smart city, maintenance, construction, or similar domain
• Leadership and managerial experience
• Proven success in restructuring teams
• Experience in hiring and delegating to support staff
• Strategic vision for long-term success
• Latvian language proficiency

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the construction industry (or similar sphere with teams working off-site on various locations)
• English and Russian language on a good professional level
