Our client, a full-cycle marketing analytics startup, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager focused on leading technical marketing analytics projects for growth-oriented clients. This role blends project leadership with marketing data fluency and client-facing communication.

Key Duties

  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing analytics projects from kickoff to launch.

  • Translate marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, ROMI) into analytics deliverables.

  • Align internal teams and clients (marketers, analysts, developers).

  • Own timelines, scope, budgets, documentation, and operational tracking.

  • Simplify marketing data to aid decision-making in client interactions.

Essential Skills

  • Strong project management in marketing/analytics/CRM/ad tech.

  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing and ad platforms.

  • High technical literacy: attribution, traffic sources, UTM tagging, funnels.

  • Fluent English (C1+) and native-level Russian.

  • Clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
