Job Overview:

As a Procurement Architecture Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process for our construction projects. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for our projects, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met. You will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, and will be responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects, following company procurement policies and procedures

- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best prices and terms

- Review and analyze bids and proposals, and make recommendations for selection

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and delivery dates

- Coordinate with the design and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

- Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for cost savings

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials

- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products, and make recommendations for improvement in procurement processes

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all procurement activities

- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities to management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of procurement software and tools

- Familiarity with construction materials and equipment

- Understanding of safety and quality standards

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
