Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled FM Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The FM Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our properties, ensuring that they are kept in excellent condition and meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and possess excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee facilities operations and maintenance activities across multiple projects and communities to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections and walkthroughs to identify operational, maintenance, quality, and safety-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  3. Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of in-house teams, contractors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  4. Manage and resolve client requests, complaints, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of Experience in facilities customer satisfaction.
  5. Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure asset reliability and operational multiple projects and continuity.
  6. Monitor work orders and service requests to ensure timely completion and compliance with established KPIs and Service Level preventive and Agreements (SLAs).
  7. Coordinate repair, enhancement, and improvement projects within assigned communities and facilities.
  8. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Maintain effective communication and coordination with residents, clients, internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.


Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service and complaint resolution.

  • Planning and organization,
  • Team supervision and coordination.
  • Reporting and analytical skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
  • Preferably residing in 6th of October City or Sheikh Zayed.
