Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Duration: Approximately 2 months (through January 2026; extension possible)

Position Overview

Ricoh is seeking an onsite Facility Services Specialist to support daily facilities and office operations at a corporate client location in Newport Beach, CA. This role supports a managed services environment and requires a professional, customer-focused individual with prior facilities or office support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily facility operations and service requests

  • Perform minor maintenance and weekly building inspections

  • Assist with office moves, furniture relocation, and equipment setup

  • Set up conference rooms, including tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment

  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering support

  • Deliver and retrieve equipment throughout the campus

  • Maintain organization of storage areas and supply closets

  • Assist vendors and move teams as needed

  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, standing, kneeling, and squatting

  • Use basic hand tools as required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer and office skills (reports, forms, work orders)

Work Environment

  • Onsite corporate office setting

  • Professional dress code (collared shirts, sturdy pants, closed-toe shoes)

  • No current COVID requirements

  • No driving required during work hours
