Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Duration: Approximately 2 months (through January 2026; extension possible)

Position Overview
Ricoh is seeking an onsite Facility Services Specialist to support daily facilities and office operations at a corporate client location in Newport Beach, CA. This role supports a managed services environment and requires a professional, customer-focused individual with prior facilities or office support experience.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily facility operations and service requests

Perform minor maintenance and weekly building inspections

Assist with office moves, furniture relocation, and equipment setup

Set up conference rooms, including tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering support

Deliver and retrieve equipment throughout the campus

Maintain organization of storage areas and supply closets

Assist vendors and move teams as needed

Perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, standing, kneeling, and squatting

Use basic hand tools as required
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Drivers License

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer and office skills (reports, forms, work orders)
