Production Manager

About the Position:

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team. This position involves overseeing sign assembly processes and some field service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electronic signs assemblies, shipping and receiving goods.
• Product procurement and working with vendors to purchase parts.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive a service truck safely to various job sites.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of signs.
• Use hand and power tools for installation and service work.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Experience driving and operating a service or bucket truck required.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and small power tools effectively and safely.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when needed.
