Production Assistants

Able & Baker is expanding his team for a new 3D animated feature film currently in production. We are seeking for Production Assistants to join us in sunny Gran Canaria (Canary Island).

What Were Looking For:

General Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interest in animation.
• Previous production experience in 3D animation is a plus.
• Ability to manage several tasks and support team coordination.
• Experience with Shotgrid or Flow is a bonus.
• Availability to work on-site in Gran Canaria is a valuable plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the production team.
• Take notes during meetings and assist with internal communication.
• Help organize schedules, meetings, and production-related events.
• Update and track production data using tools like Shotgrid/Flow.
• Support in identifying and resolving daily issues as they arise.

Additional Information:

• This is an entry-level opportunity with room to grow.
• Fluency in Spanish and a working knowledge of English are desirable.
• A proactive, flexible attitude and a team-player mindset are key to success in this role.
